The campus was designed by Bucholz McEvoy Architects as a green urban quarter: narrow, south-facing buildings that ventilate naturally through a double-skin glass facade, sheltered by the crossing glulam timber canopies that have become Elm Park's signature.
Look up as you walk the concourse: the timber 'trees' overhead carry the sun-shading, and the bridges and atria between the buildings are part of the same structure.
