The Seamark Building has a target BER rating of A3 and a LEED rating of Platinum.

The Seamark building has been designed to allow Blocks 1 and 2 to be seamlessly combined or alternatively to allow them to operate as two fully independent office blocks each with their own distinct identity. This will be facilitated by incorporating separate entrances, lift cores and basement shower facilities for each block. The design also allows for separate tenancies to be created at each floor level in both blocks.
